The tour is a mixture of skateboarding and walking as we move around the Maboneng and Jewel City precincts while taking in all that urban life in the city has to offer!
From restaurants, to people, to skate spots, to street art, graffiti and rooftops…Maboneng and Jewel City are really the coolest places to be in the inner city.
Once done with the tour, you can finish off your experience with snack or drink on one of the available rooftops or the Hide-Out Bar at CURIOCITY…either way, we guarantee that you won’t regret it!
Established in 2013, CURIOCITY Africa is the first backpackers in inner city Johannesburg - with sites in DBN (TBC) and CPT, it's the perfect place to meet fellow travellers!
Street Art/Graffiti (Maboneng)
Maboneng and Jewel City both act as amazing outdoor gallery spaces by bringing art into the streets and allowing every person to enjoy and engage with it!
The latest large scale development in the inner city that provides a live-work-play model of living!
With it's colourful walls and green areas, it's the perfect city "chill-spot"!
